Permanent (Direct) Hire: The candidate(s) are hired directly by the hiring manager as a permanent employee.
Contract Hire: The candidate(s) are hired by ALTTRAX as a contract employee allocated to the client’s statement of work (SOW).
Contract-to-Hire: The candidate(s) are hired by ALTTRAX as a contract employee allocated to the client’s SOW with the intention of converting to a permanent position.
